What we collect

When you buy: your name, e-mail, the order and the payment result. We never see or store your full card number. When you download: the date of each link created for you.

The pre-check on the home page runs only in your browser: we don’t ask for your e-mail and your answers are not sent or stored.

Why

To deliver the guide, send your receipt, allow new downloads, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations. The legal bases are performing the contract you entered into and complying with legal obligations. We don’t send marketing e-mail unless you ask for it, and we don’t sell or share your personal information.

Who processes the data

The store platform (2thx), which keeps orders, accounts and files; the payment processor; and the hosting provider (Cloudflare). The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It keeps an access token in your browser so you can download again.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, port or delete your data, or object to how it is used (we keep the order records the law requires). Write to hello@udinese-pro.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
